Our Story
Some love stories begin with a chance connection. Theirs began with a simple meeting that changed everything.
On October 14, 2022, Ino and Erica first met. Just two days later, they decided to start dating—and the beginning of their life together was underway.
Erica, a U.S. citizen who grew up in the Philippines, eventually came to the United States to begin a new chapter and pursue the American dream.
Ino's journey brought him across the same ocean, having also spent part of his life in the Philippines before making his way to the United States.
Somehow, their paths found each other.
What began with a connection grew into a relationship, a family, and a future they now get to celebrate with the people they love.
And then came Dahlia and Amelia—the first members of the Abaygar family born outside the Philippines, and the family's first apo (grandchildren).
From two lives shaped by the Philippines to a family growing together in America, this is their next chapter.
